Conker tree decorations

Good old fashioned conkers, aka horse chestnuts. Yes the ones in this picture are a bit old and shrunken but still perfectly good as a decoration. If you use conkers to keep spiders away, (spiders hate horse chestnuts!) then you will need to replace them each year so that the oil/smell is fresh. A great way to put the old ones to good use is to recycle them into tree ornaments.
